END-OF-LIFE GUIDANCE & ADVANCE PLANNING

END-OF-LIFE SUPPORT & ADVANCE PLANNING
Compassionate, non-medical support for individuals and families navigating end-of-life, loss, and grief.
Planning for the end of life is an opportunity to consider not only what happens at the end, but what you want to leave behind.Through compassionate, non-medical guidance, we explore your wishes, values, relationships, rituals, meaningful belongings, and the stories you want remembered. Together, we can begin creating a thoughtful plan for the practical and personal aspects of your end-of-life journey. This may include conversations about what matters most to you, identifying meaningful objects and memories you want preserved, preparing for important family conversations, and developing creative ways to document and share your legacy.
I provide creative and practical end-of-life support and do not replace legal, medical, financial, or mental-health professionals. When appropriate, I can help you identify questions to bring to those professionals as part of your larger plan. For those who want to approach the end of life with greater intention, clarity, and care. As an end-of-life doula, I provide a supportive presence during times of transition, helping individuals and loved ones navigate the emotional, practical, and personal aspects of the end-of-life journey.
My role is to offer guidance, companionship, and a space where conversations, wishes, concerns, and memories can be shared openly. Support may include advance planning conversations and end-of-life wishes exploration, emotional support, life review, family conversations, vigil planning, remembrance practices, and creating meaningful moments of connection. Services are tailored to the unique needs, values, and wishes of each individual and family.
