When someone we love dies, the belongings they leave behind can become vessels for memory. A piece of clothing, jewelry, photograph, handwritten note, favorite object, or everyday item can hold stories that are too meaningful to simply discard.

I create custom memorial artwork and displays that thoughtfully incorporate these meaningful materials into a singular work of art.

The process begins with a conversation about the person you wish to honor, the belongings you have chosen to preserve, and the memories and stories connected to them. From there, I develop a custom concept that considers the character of the individual, the significance of the objects, and the way you want their memory to be carried forward.

THE PROCESS

1. Consultation
We begin with a complimentary conversation about the person you are honoring, the materials you have, and what you envision preserving.

2. Discovery & Concept
I work with you to determine which objects, images, materials, and stories are most meaningful and develop a concept for the artwork.

​

3. Creation
I transform and integrate the selected materials into a one-of-a-kind artwork or display, using my background in metalsmithing, sculpture, jewelry, and mixed-media art.

4. Completion
Your finished piece is carefully prepared for display, installation, or presentation.

Initial Consultation:
Complimentary 30-minute consultation, virtually or by phone.

Custom Memorial Artwork:
Projects are individually quoted based on the scale, materials, complexity, and time required.

Commissions begin at $300

Larger and more complex commissions are quoted after the initial consultation.
